JLN’s staff is composed of IT people who are experts in all facets of Information Systems. JLN has experts in database design and maintenance, client – server systems, Citrix deployment and maintenance, network design and management, telecommunications, cabling, pc desktop support, Windows server support, Unix server support, Virtual Reality, design, web site creation and maintenance, and programming in all the popular programming languages.
Through JLN’s management of IT services for companies, as well as the fact that JLN maintains its own ISP, JLN has developed a report with many of the major telecom companies that do business in the Chicago land area. JLN has relations with account representatives and technical representatives with SBC Ameritech, Focal Communications, McLeod USA, and Sprint just to name a few. JLN has managed circuit installation and configurations ranging from frame relay to channelized T1 and PRI for dialup access. All of JLN’s projects have been executed on time with the various telecom carriers and JLN manages the circuit installations from the ordering of the circuit to the final installation. The customer does not have to do anything except sign the necessary agreements with the telecom provider.
